We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of ordering. We can exchange an order for the same title in a different format or language. For example, if a customer ordered This Is the Sun in hardcover, but received the paperback edition, they could exchange it for the hardcover edition. We accept cancellations prior to shipping.
