Estes 1499 Rascal and HiJinks Launch Set Almost Ready to Fly The Rascal and HiJinks are almost ready to launch right out of the box requiring no assembly, building, painting or gluing. Just attach the colorful, pre-assembled parachute, pack with wadding and an engine and youre ready for your own space adventure. The Rascal/HiJinks Launch Set includes a technically advanced Estes launch system featuring an Electron Beam Launch Controller (requires four 1.5V high quality AA alkaline batteries sold separately) and Porta-Pad II Launch Pad. Using standard Estes engines, either of these misfits can reach heights over 1200 feet! Estes model rocketry is recommended for ages 10 and up with adult supervision for those under 12.
