Description The ROV Personnel Logbook allows the user to record information on qualification, training, and competence assessment – whether a ROV pilot/technician I & II, ROV senior pilot/technician, or ROV supervisor. The logbook should be completed in line with our Guidance on competence assurance and assessment: Remote Systems & ROV Division (IMCA C005).
